We had a great experience at Red Lobster. The food was great and our waitress Iona was wonderful. Have not been here for a long time but will definitely be back.
The food was delicious and the service from niccolo sanzo was very nice and a very good worker
The ambiance was pleasant and comfortable. Our waitress was really sweet, attentive and professional. The food, surprisingly, blew us away.
After having a bad experience at the Beachwood location, I was worried when I tried the Mentor location a couple of weeks later. But after having a bad day some days you just want crab legs lol. At first, it was like deja vu when they told us they had no tables available where there was a server...but unlike Beachwood, our hostess said hold out for a moment and spoke to a server who said she was serve us at one of the many empty tables. And it ended up being an AMAZING experience. The server was friendly, funny and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were causing her a problem. The food was excellent as always too as was the drinks. Kudos to the server-which I wish I remember her name but we were there on or right around 7/15/22.
Doesn't look like much when you walk in but the food was great. We had to wait for about 45 minutes to be seated due to Covid and their seating arrangements. Our waitress Alisa was prompt and very attentive. The only thing I was disappointed in was the floor because there was a lot of food & straws on the floor and it needed to be cleaned up. Although the floor were not picked up as well as it should be, I will say, they did clean the tables very well.
